Fete de la WASAK

Fete de la Musique, also known as World Music Day, is a music festival taking place on June, every year, around the globe.

You know I'll be present to anything where great music is celebrated. I couldn't spare to miss this one...I went with a couple of friends Pat, Roko, Ishii and Erika (who I just met that night) and a few more new friends! I love meeting new people!

I think this is the closest we have to Coachella! Almost there! Haha

We went to the Indie stage at Keg and the Rock stage at Kraft! It was crazy crowded! Pedicab was playing when we got to the Indie stage...

...and Franco at the rock stage.

I think I had too much drinks...hence the tomato face. But I didn't get drunk. Vomity yes but drunk, no. Never did. Ha!

I'm happy I saw and talked to someone that night although let's just say reality won over expectation...but not too much. Maybe my expectations were just too ambitious. Go figure. Haha

What a fun crazy night. I love it.

Sunset Sessions

We headed over to the Graphic Expo for a seminar on Indie Film making. Thanks Patrick for hooking me up! It was hosted by the talented Khavn De La Cruz. I haven't heard of him but thank God I did. He is amazing. We watched a couple of his short films and one of his indie film debut, "Mondo Manila". It was disgustingly beautiful! Just the way I like it....not for the faint-hearted though.

We went to Sunset Sessions at Fete de la Musique for some Afro-Brazilian unwinding. Great music and crowd! And lovely poy dancers! We had a few drinks and left to eat dinner at Collective!

What a great chill night with friends...

The good life

Our best friend Rei flew back to San Diego after coming back here in Manila for the third time. Haha. We had a little get together with a few friends at his house for his send-off.
He migrated last year and kept coming back for some reason but this time, we'll have to wait a few more years until he comes back.
He 's been enjoying the good life in San Diego!
We miss you already RobyFreshh!

Not for the un-dope

Part 2 of my "New York! New York!" post. We hit up Ronac Art Center to chill and check out the place! Artsy fartsy! But not my style...I'm not dope enough. Haha kidding.

We checked out the gallery downstairs...got some inspiration and ideas for our new project that is on the works.
Watch out, hipsters!

A store called Secret Fresh. It had the cutest stuff! Haven for toy collectors.

Check out Ronac Art Center located at Ortigas Ave., Greenhills, San Juan, Manila. Philippines.
